Do my PDFs get uploaded to a server?
No. There is no server to receive them. Each file is read on your own machine, joined into the result there, and nothing about it, not the pages, the filename or a hash, is sent over the network.
Can I choose the order the files are combined in?
Yes. Every file you add shows up in a list you can reorder by dragging or with the up and down arrows. The merged PDF follows that order from top to bottom.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
As many as you like. Ten scanned chapters or fifty statements are fine; the only real limit is your device's memory. Large jobs are read one file at a time so memory stays under control.
Will merging change the quality of my pages?
No. Pages are copied across exactly as they are, with their text, fonts and images intact. Merging rearranges whole pages, it does not re-encode or compress them.
Is there a watermark or a page limit?
Neither. The combined PDF comes out clean, with no stamp added and no cap on pages, because there is no paid tier to nudge you toward.
