Filexum builds the PDF on your own device, so none of those photos are uploaded. There is no server holding your ID and nothing to leak. Which image formats can I turn into a PDF?
JPG, PNG and WebP, plus HEIC straight from an iPhone. You can mix formats freely in one document, and each image becomes its own page.
Are my photos uploaded to make the PDF?
No. Nothing is sent anywhere. The images are read and combined on your own machine, so no picture, filename or hash ever leaves it.
Can I control the page size and margins?
Yes. Leave the page on Auto to fit each page to its image, or choose A4 or Letter for a uniform document, and add a small or large margin so nothing sits right on the edge.
Will a sideways phone photo come out rotated?
No. Photos are placed upright: the orientation your camera recorded is baked in before the image goes onto the page, so a portrait shot stays portrait.
How many photos can go into one PDF?
As many as you like. Twenty snaps of a contract or a whole folder of receipts is fine; your device's memory is the only limit, and images are added a couple at a time to stay safe.
Does it work on my phone, where the photos are?
